AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND A1 GROCERY

The A1 GROCERY Web Site consists of various Web pages operated by 10841293 Canada Inc.

The A1 GROCERY Web Site is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modifying the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the A1 GROCERY Website constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS OF USE

A1 GROCERY reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the A1 GROCERY Web Site is offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with using the A1 GROCERY Website.

PRICE & INVENTORY

• Price may change without notice. ONLINE WEBSITE PRICE MAY DIFFER FROM OUR PHYSICAL STORE PRICE AT A1 INDIAN GROCERY, BARRIE. 
• We may run out of stock of inventory, and we reserve the rights to add & remove items from your order to fulfill your order.
• NO PRICE MATCH FOR ONLINE ORDERS AND IN-STORE ORDERS.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

We don’t have any return policy, but case by case we may consider the returns.

1. Return or & Exchange allowed within 14 days of purchase at our store location with original receipt for qualified items. Only packaged items qualify for return. Fresh produce, Dairy, frozen and seasonal items do not qualify for a return or exchange.

2. Returns will only be accepted with a receipt at the store location.  Returns cannot be processed virtually or without the item being physically returned.  Product must be unopened and in original condition. A1 GROCERY reserves the right to refuse return of any product they believe is tampered, replaced or in any way opened. Customers must come to our location for any return or exchange, we do not provide return or exchange at delivery address, unless it’s mistake happens at our side.

3. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email us at support@a1grocery.ca
4. Refunds :We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. CUSTOMER PAYS RETURN SHIPPING.

SALE & PROMOTION, CATALOGUE PRICE

• In store promotion will not be offered for website order.
• Seasonal promotion will be offered in-store purchase only.
• Facebook & other social media flyer price will be honored in-store purchase
• Product pictures are only for illustration purpose only, it may not represent original product. 

DELIVERY

• Certain items are not available for delivery. Customers are required to check items on delivery. 
• We will leave your order on the front porch, and please make sure someone is at home for accepting delivery. We can not wait for someone to accept  the deliver.
• DELIVERY FOR APARTMENT OR CONDO: Customer needs to come at visitor’s parking to pickup order.
• Customer must come to our delivery truck to pickup their order.

CURBSIDE PICKUP

• Customer is responsible for checking the order at pickup. NO CONSIDERATION once customers leave our place.
• REFUND & EXCHANGE must be done inside the store.

The A1 GROCERY Web Site may contain links to other Websites (“Linked Sites”). The Linked Sites are not under the control of A1 GROCERY, and A1 GROCERY is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. A1 GROCERY is not responsible for webcasting or any other form of transmission received from any Linked Site. A1 GROCERY provides these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by A1 GROCERY of the site or any association with its operators.

NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE

A1 GROCERY reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post, or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, at A1 GROCERY sole discretion.

GENERAL  Use of the A1 GROCERY Web Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not affect all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph. A1 GROCERY’s performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal processes. Nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of A1 GROCERY’s right to comply with governmental, court, and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the A1 GROCERY Web Site or information provided to or gathered by A1 GROCERY concerning such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect. It is the express wish of the parties that this agreement and all related documents be drawn up in English.
